It all started with a moment of mindfulness at the kitchen sink, where a simple question sparked a lightbulb idea: "Why is my kitchen sponge yellow!?"
The idea of a designer kitchen sponge became a light bulb moment for me in 2018. I embarked on a journey to create a stylish-looking sponge that I no longer needed to hide under the sink.
But the path to success was not easy. It took over 12 months to develop a sponge prototype. Finding a manufacturer overseas proved to be a challenge, as they had neverĀ produced a black coloured sponge before. They thought I was a little bit crazy because they couldn't understand what was wrong with the yellow sponge š But I persisted.
